We are so pleased that you will join us
for our fall festival, Ridgefest,
at the beautiful EACC campus on October 13, 2007!
We still have openings for
vendors!

|
SET-UP: |
The booths will measure 15 ft. x 4 ft. wide and are assigned
on a first come, first served basis, as to availability and
area, except when electrical outlets are needed. Please
remember to bring your own table(s) as tables will not be
provided.
Vendors can set up the morning of the festival from 7:30
a.m. to 9:30 a.m. All booths
must be set up by 9:30 a.m. NO BOOTH SET UPS WILL BE ALLOWED
AFTER 9:30 A.M. – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Festival representatives will be on the
campus to assign booth numbers.
Please look for Vendor Check – In Signs the day of the
festival. All vehicles must be moved from the festival by
9:30 a.m. This is for the protection of the children
attending the festival. |

COST: |
Booth rental is $25.00 per space for non-educational booths.
Commercial food vendors must have an Arkansas Health
Department inspection certificate. This is not mandatory for
non-profit groups. Receipt of this information sheet is
proof of your application acceptance. If your application is
denied, your $25 will be returned immediately.
Rain does not cancel the
festival.
Booth rentals are non-refundable. |

ELECTRICAL NEEDS: |
110 volts is the maximum electricity available. |
|
TEAR-DOWN: |
The festival closes at 6 p.m.
Vendors should keep booths intact until 6 p.m.
Vehicles will not be allowed back on
the campus until 6 p.m. for tear down. There
will be children crossing the on-campus streets until then
and we can not risk injury. All drivers need to use caution
when entering the campus for tear-down. |
